Ken spent time with us to help determine where we should live and what type of house we would need. We were scheduled to close on our house in Bismarck on December 16th and were to close on our new house on the 20th. We relied on Ken to keep us updated on the building progress by furnishing photos and coordinate the help of various vendors who assisted us in choosing things such as counter tops, flooring, appliances etc. You can imagine the time that was needed to communicate all this from a distance. The most valuable asset (and most difficult to find in real estate agent) is a feeling that you can trust what they say and they aren’t trying to “sell” or “steer” your decision making process.
