Home sales in Bend increased 11% from the previous month, while Redmond and Sunriver were generally flat. Median Prices in Sunriver and Redmond stayed virtually the same, with Bend showing a 1% dip.
Days on Market increased significantly in Sunriver, followed by a bump-up in Bend, and a slight rise in Redmond. Months Inventory increased to three months in Redmond, while Bend and Sunriver were unchanged at just two months.
The increase in Days on Market in Bend and Sunriver, along with an uptick in Months Inventory in Redmond, may be signaling the market is softening a bit. We’ll have to see what fall activity is like before we can determine if this is a trend or not.
