Happy New Year!
The Sunriver market was the standout in December, selling twice as many homes as 2019. Sales in Redmond were strong as well with a 25% increase over the previous year. Bend was a bit of a surprise, essentially flat, but that is more a reflection of lack of inventory rather than any real decrease in demand.
Median Prices were up double digits in all three markets with Days on Market and Inventory remaining stubbornly low. I expect these general trends to continue for the foreseeable future.
