Number of homes sold in all three markets were little changed in February from the previous month.

Median prices in Bend rose to $740K, with Redmond and Sunriver dropping a smidge. Days on Market fell across the three communities, showing continued high demand from buyers wanting in on the Central Oregon experience. Months inventory was mixed with Bend adding a fraction, while Redmond and Sunriver were flat.
