June sales were strongest in Redmond with a double digit increase, while Bend showed a modest rise, and Sunriver actually dipped slightly (mostly due to lack of inventory). Median prices continued their robust year-over-year increases across the three markets, up 36-55%. Inventory and Days on Market are still incredibly low as buyers snatch up properties within a few days of coming on the market. That said, I have noticed there are small pockets of the market where properties aren’t selling quite as fast, which affords a little more time for buyers to find the right home and make an offer, potentially without competing.
