Sales were up 10% in Bend, 28% in Redmond, and 13% in Sunriver. Median Price increased significantly in Sunriver (due to more sales in the upper price points), while Bend saw a healthy increase, and Redmond was flat.

Days On Market declined slightly in Sunriver and Redmond, but increased just a bit in Bend. Months inventory had the largest rise in Sunriver, with Bend ticking up a smidge, and Redmond staying flat, taking the three communities to 2 months of overall inventory. Now that summer is in full swing, we’ll be watching to see how active buyers are and if there is any further softening on the seller side (ie. price reductions).

We hope all of you have a terrific month of July and that you’re able to get outside, enjoy your favorite activities with friends/family, and soak up the warm weather while it’s here.

If you have questions about the market, reach out to us and we’ll share our thoughts and expertise to help you make the right decisions on buying or selling.
