March brought a typical bump in sales coming out of the winter months, with all three markets recording higher sales volumes. Median prices continued their climb upwards with Bend coming in at $773K, Redmond at $520K and Sunriver at $950K.

Those are new all-time highs for Bend and Redmond and only November 2021 topped last month’s number in Sunriver. Having grown up in Bend, this is still hard to fathom. Days on Market and Months Inventory are wallowing at bottom basement levels, which will continue the challenging environment for buyers and the amazing opportunity for sellers.
