Sales were up across all three markets in the month of April. Median prices were lower in Bend and Redmond, with Sunriver jumping from the previous month.

Days on Market increased in Sunriver, while Redmond and Bend declined. Months Inventory was the same across the three markets.

Higher number of sales will likely put pressure on inventory levels and increase prices in the near term. The question will be if the consumer has the wherewithal to keep buying, given the inflationary pressures in the economy.

As always, if you have questions about the market or the process of buying or selling, get in touch with us and we’ll share our thoughts and expertise to help you make the right decisions.
