Bend continued its strong sales volumes with November posting 208 closed deals, well above the 167 sold the year before. Redmond and Sunriver both showed decreases in the number of sales compared to 2019, but that has more to do with the incredibly low inventory, than any real decrease in buyer demand. Median prices were up across the three markets, while Days on Market continued to plummet, as buyers snapped up any available inventory as soon as they were listed.

Look for more of the same as we say goodbye to 2020 (THANKFULLY) and hello to 2021. I expect the Central Oregon real estate market to continue its strong performance as people flee their current city/state in the hopes of finding more favorable living conditions in smaller communities.

Stay safe and stay positive.

Happy Holidays!
