October brought colder weather to Central Oregon along with a little less buyer activity in Bend and Redmond. Median Prices were generally flat, as were Months Inventory, while Days on Market increased just a smidge.
It will be interesting to see how the regular seasonal slow down plays out this winter. Will we have more activity than normal, like the first 8 months of this year, or will the taper we’ve experienced in September & October continue?
