September sales were up slightly in Bend and a bit lower in Redmond and Sunriver.

The mix of what sold in September in Sunriver skewed toward the upper price points causing the Median Price to jump to $858K, with Bend increasing a fraction and Redmond staying flat. Homes are still selling at a fast pace with Days on Market in all three areas coming in at a week or less. Inventory continues to be incredibly tight with Bend and Redmond at just 1 month and Sunriver at half that.
