Median Prices moved up a bit in Bend and Sunriver, while Redmond decreased. Days on Market were significantly higher in Bend and Sunriver, with Redmond shedding a few days. Months Inventory climbed slightly higher in Bend and Redmond, with Sunriver bucking that trend in favor of a lower level of inventory.
