Sales in all three markets dipped in September showing a softening trend month-to-month and year-over-year. Median Prices were slightly higher in Bend, lower in Sunriver, and flat in Redmond.

Days On Market increased just one day in Bend, six days in Redmond, while Sunriver fell by four days. Months Inventory was even in Bend, staying at just 2 months, while Redmond remained at 3 months, and Sunriver increased to 3 months.

The continued uptick in Days on Market and Months Inventory, along with a drop in sales volumes and flat-to-lower prices, shows the markets are softening. The question now is how much will it slow and in what time frame.
